Goals (includes information recorded about objectives)

To keep this process simple, we have focused on the Goals area of Xplan rather than the Objectives area.  Our analysis shows that goals are more heavily used than objectives and if the fact find is being completed in front of a client, it’s important they aren’t confused on the differences between the two.

However, we know that some of you have recorded objectives in Xplan already.  We will still show these in the goals screen and - if you make any changes to the data - then we will still save them as objectives in the main client record.

If you add a new record to this screen, then it will be created as a goal in the main client record.
