The Estate page captures details about a client’s will, together with their nominated representatives (i.e. beneficiaries, executors and powers of attorney).
Beneficiaries and executors are specific to wills, so only appear if you indicate the client has an existing will.
We have introduced the powers of attorney section, which allows you to simply record the details of the power of attorney agreement, including the type of agreement and its effective date etc.
