This screen captures details of the various expenses which have been recorded for the client and partner. It will also include expenses which are derived from other sources - such as insurance policies (e.g. premium on a term insurance policy). At the top of the screen is an annualised total - this is the total of the values in the Annualised amount column within the table and will adjust based on whether you’re selecting to view the client, their partner or both.
Editing an expense linked to another source will open up an edit screen for that source. For example, if you want to edit an insurance premium, clicking the expense type will open up the “Insurance” page for the linked insurance policy. Updating the premium in that insurance record will send you back to the Expense page and show the updated premium.
Expenses which are not linked to a source like insurance can be edited directly within the table. If you need to open up the expense details, just click on the link in the Type column.
