Dynamic Planner - Iress Xplan two-way integration. From Iress Xplan, securely import your client’s information and latest arrangements - investments and retirement holdings – into Dynamic Planner. If an arrangement has previously been sent to Dynamic Planner, it will automatically update for the client.

Once safely imported, work with your client’s latest arrangements in Dynamic Planner to complete an upcoming annual review; a recommendation to make like fund switches or rebalancing; and also cash flow planning. The integration automatically sends your client reports, created and saved in Dynamic Planner, back to Iress Xplan.

It is an end-to-end and yet flexible system for all an advice firm’s planning and suitability needs, using a single definition of risk – from client risk profiling, portfolio review, cash flow planning and fund research – to ensure nothing is lost in translation in the planning and advice process.

Setup instructions

Integrations are a connecting doorway between two systems and you will need to enable these from both the Iress Xplan and the Third Party integrator side before they can be used.

In Xplan: 

This integration follows the Standard Integration pattern:

• If you manage your own site: You can enable the integration yourself using this guide, then there is then a further step to add a launch button in Xplan. Note that this must be undertaken by your site administrator.   
• If you are part of a network or dealer group: Please refer to your organisation’s support team who will undertake this on your behalf. Support teams please refer to the instructions above.
• If you outsource your site administration to Iress:  Extra configuration is required to enable this integration. Please contact your Iress Account Manager who will be able to raise the necessary request to progress this on your behalf. Terms and conditions are included in your managed service agreement.
