Introducing the Improved Stale Account Report

We have released an improved Stale Account Report for Xplan Datafeeds.

This option means you can easily identify accounts that are no longer updating and close them out to zero with just a few clicks.

This enhanced feature improves accuracy when closing transactions, making maintaining obsolete accounts more efficient.

Enable the Stale Account option and select the days before, considering the account is no longer active.

Once enabled, you can track inactive accounts by going to Reporting and choosing the Stale Account Report.

See how in this video -

The results can be filtered by vendor, adviser or specific clients or accounts.

Select those records which are no longer required and click Close Selected.

The Date Last Received will be used to determine the closing transaction dates, which will be dated the following trading day after the account was last reported.

You will receive a notification once the closing transactions have been applied to the accounts required.

This enables a smoother transition for those accounts transferred to another provider with a datafeed for Xplan and minimises any overlap or duplication for valuations.

Further information on managing stale records for Datafeeds can be found here.

We hope this improvement will benefit you in maintaining Xplan Datafeeds.
