Did you know the Identity Check page in Xplan now supports the updated FSC and FAAA Customer Identification Forms?

Recent AUSTRAC regulatory changes require capturing additional compliance details, such as the nature of services sought and the reason for advice. Capturing this directly in Xplan saves you from having to re-key client data into external PDF forms during onboarding.

Note: These new fields are fully supported and available for advanced search, Xmerge, and Xport functions across your site.
