Overview

Tracking progress of your tickets using the Iress Connect Portal is easy and will help to ensure that status updates are not missed.  Using the platform you will not have to rely on email updates which can get lost in busy inboxes.

2. Click your initial/photo as detailed below: 
   
   
   
3. Select requests: 
   
   
   
4. The list presented can then be customised using the filters:-
   
   
5. You can use the reference field to select the ISD and use the Status field to identify any actions required.
