Xplan Mortgage gives users the flexibility to tailor sourcing results using a number of filters and preferences.
This ensures that the results returned, meet the needs of the user and the client, presented in a way that is easy to explain and understand.
Additional notes are also provided to help both the Broker and their client fully understand the options being offered by each provider.
Both Trigold and Xplan Mortgage will default to sort products by:
However, users are able to set their own sourcing preferences to override the system defaults, ordering by:
- Lender
- Initial rate
- Product type
- Initial period
- Initial payment
- Reverting rate
- Reverting payment
- Annual percentage rate
- Total fees
- Maximum loan to value
- Total to pay
In either Ascending or Descending order.

Product notes can be accessed by selecting Notes, the notes include further product criteria, such as:
- Application requirements
- Product incentives and fees
- Income requirements
- Property restrictions
- Adverse credit criteria

Both Xplan Mortgage and Trigold include a number of filters to help users reduce the product sourcing results. Using the filters will present the user with products that are available to the clients’ requirements, filters include:
- Adverse credit
- Retirement Interest Only
