In June 2019, we hosted global webinars for our clients to provide updates on some key initiatives with the XPLAN software and highlight some of the new features available. The webinars are available for you to view below and each webinar is approximately an hour and covered the following topics:.
- introduction to the IRESS Community - the recently launched single source of XPLAN information including searchable help, release notes, training videos, real-time updates, access to XPLAN product experts and tips and tricks from other users.
- an update on the Client Portal software, including the fact-find and client review capabilities and news on the mobile app versions.
- details about the process we follow when we integrate with a third-party vendor and also news on the latest IRESS Open integrations.
- sharing some of the user input and feedback and how it shaped the new XPLAN navigation experience and what other functionality we are co-designing with users.
