Dear IRESS Community member,
As a member of our current user community, I want to let you know about some important changes coming on Thursday 28 March.
From Thursday 21 March, the community will be in read-only mode until the upgraded community is available on Thursday 28 March. You will still be able to log in during this period, however you will not be able to comment or post any new questions in the community for the coming week.
The current IRESS Community provides you with information about IRESS products - allowing you easy access to product help and the ability to tap into our people and other users for knowledge and expertise.
This will all continue - but we’re improving and expanding the platform to make your experience better and easier. In addition to a single home for help documentation, training and product release notes, this will also include:
-
Simpler and easier navigation
-
Easier interaction with other users
-
A more modern interface
-
A better mobile experience
What do I need to do?
Nothing right now. The updated community is scheduled to be available on Thursday 28 March. On that day you will receive a welcome email which will include a new username to access the community.
Simply click on the link in that email and you’ll be asked to set a new password and provide some quick details.
What will happen to my preferences and information in the current community?
-
Your member profile and any content you have created will remain as they are today.
-
Your profile photo, or avatar, will need to be uploaded again in the updated community.
-
As we’ve simplified and improved the navigation you’ll need to set up new bookmarks and notification preferences.
To recap
We’re excited to introduce an updated community - providing you with greater access to information and a better user experience.
If you have any questions, please let me know at community@iress.com
