Did you know that you need to enter both sides of an SMSF's balance sheet in Xtools+?
For the SMSF to be modelled correctly, TOTAL ACCOUNTS must equal NET ASSETS, meaning you need to enter the accounts of the SMSF (including existing SMSF Pensions) as well as its assets and liabilities.
To help you balance the SMSF, we now show the total accounts and net assets on the SMSF Key Details Input screen, which is located at Input > SMSF Admin > Key Details.
If your total accounts = net assets, the message at the bottom shows that accounts and net assets are balanced.
If your SMSF isn’t balanced, the message at the bottom of the screen will tell you to adjust the inputs.
