Did you know that with just a click of a button you can link a document directly to the relevant super or insurance in Xplan?
Next time you are adding or editing a super or insurance policy, take a quick look at the left hand side menu - do you see the notes tab? 😮Yep, it’s been there the whole time and it is greatly under-utilised.
Simply click on notes, then add a new note or link the record to an existing note.
From within the note itself on the ‘Associations’ tab you can then see any product that the note is linked to.
And it works the other way too! When adding a note from the document note area, click on the ‘Associations tab’ to link your note to an existing entry.
