Clearing Cache
A common issue when you use a browser, like Chrome, Internet Explorer or Edge, is where pages do not load properly. This can manifest itself with buttons or menus not appearing or content not showing as it was designed. Using a browser saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies.
Clearing the cache can fix certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on the Community. If you are experiencing a page load issue, we recommend that you clear the cache, log out and back in again to see if that fixes the issue.
