On the Community platform, content is structured via Categories.
To subscribe to content that is relevant and interesting to you, simply click the Follow button (look for the bell icon) on any page you’d like to subscribe to.
From there, you can adjust your notification preferences—whether you want real-time pop-ups, separate emails for each update, or just updates in your email digest.
Notification preferences
Upon following a Category, or when managing your followed Categories on the Followed Content page, you can decide whether to receive notifications about its content via its Follow button (bell icon).
Let's review the notification options
- Notify me of new comments: This refers specifically to comments (replies) made in posts.
- Notify me of new posts: This refers to all new posts in the selected Category
- Unfollow Category: If you’re already following a Category, you can click Unfollow Category at any time to disable all notifications and remove it from your list of Followed Categories.
For each of the notification options you may select to be notified via email and/or within the Iress Community notifications tab.
You will now receive emails or notifications when an article within that Category is added to the Community.
