With Iress ID
If you are an Iress user currently on Iress ID you can simply login and register to the new Community platform using your Iress ID.
- Log in to your Iress Software
- Go to Xplan and Select Help via Iress Community (it's towards the bottom of your drop down when you click on your name at the top of the page).
- This link will take you to the Iress Community page
- Click Sign In
- Log in using your Iress ID username and password.
- Enter the Okta validation code.
- Select your Region (EMEA, APAC, SA)
- Agree to the terms, privacy statement and collection notice.
- Then complete your User Profile details in the Community platform. Your name will be visible but your email will be kept private from other users.
Without Iress ID
To ensure your Community experience is relevant, all users without an Iress ID will need to be validated. This process may take up to 24 hours, and you will notified once your setup is complete.
- Log in to your Iress Software
- Go to Xplan and Select Help via Iress Community (it's towards the bottom of your drop down when you click on your name at the top of the page).
- This link will take you to the Iress Community page
- Click Sign In
- Select Register and type in your email
- Complete the email verification link/code and generate a password
- Select Continue
- Select your Region (EMEA, APAC, SA)
- Agree to the terms, privacy statement and collection notice.
- Then complete your User Profile details in the Community platform. Your name will be visible but your email will be kept private from other users.
- All new users will be verified by Iress. Until your account is verified, your access to the Community will be limited.
- We will notify you when your account is verified at which point you can access relevant content within the Community.
