How to: Unsubscribe from Community Emails / Staff member left the business

There are a couple of occasions where you may need to unsubscribe from spaces in the Iress Community. 

 

Unsubscribing from Iress Community Emails

You can unsubscribe from Iress Community notifications within your My Settings area. This includes the Iress Community newsletter. Follow the below steps to unsubscribe from a space in the Iress Community:

  • Go to your Iress Community profile by clicking the member profile menu at the top of the page and select My Settings.
  • Click Subscriptions & Bookmarks
  • Under My Subscriptions use the tick boxes to select the areas you would like to unsubscribe to.
  • Click Email Subscriptions Options > Delete Selected Subscriptions.
  • Click Confirm.

 

Staff member has left business

Where a staff member has left the business and you need to unsubscribe on behalf of them, please contact us via community@iress.com.
