Integration overview

We are pleased to share the news that a new third party integration is now available for Xplan users. 

This is a standard integration which means that it was built by the third party to connect to your Xplan site via the standard integration template.  Iress does not charge for this service and it can be enabled by your own site administrator using the Iress Open setting within your Xplan site.

Trustestate is the UK’s first and only provider of digitised probate. Their mission is to make intergenerational wealth transfer faster, cheaper and more transparent.

Trustestate’s digital platform lets customers manage the whole probate and estate administration process online, from start to finish.  Customers can also search for missing assets and liabilities and digitally notify service providers. In short, Trustestate is making the probate experience 10x better than the legacy offline approach used by traditional solicitors.

IMPORTANT NOTE - This integration is not currently available for people on multi-tenanted sites. If you are unsure if this applies to you, speak to your local site administrator.

Setup instructions

Integrations are a connecting doorway between two systems and you will need to enable these from both the Iress Xplan and the Third Party integrator side before they can be used.  Once enabled:

• Click “Trustestate” under open integrations whenever you open a client’s dashboard.

• To create a new referral, simply click this link, where you’ll be redirected to Trustestate. 

• Once redirected, you’ll be prompted to log into Xplan and grant data access to Trustestate. 

• Finally you can enter contact details for the deceased client’s relative, or whoever got in touch with you initially about the death. 

• To check up on the status of a case, you can simply return to the Trustestate referral screen and view the latest update.
