Integration overview

We are pleased to share the news that a new third party integration is now available for Xplan users. 

This is a standard integration which means that it was built by the third party to connect to your Xplan site via the standard integration template.  Iress does not charge for this service and it can be enabled by your own site administrator using the Iress Open setting within your Xplan site.

Saturn uses integrations and client meetings to generate MI, compliance reports and client engagement documents (review letters & suitability letters). Advisers want to spend time with clients and their teams want to ensure they have accurate data to be able to operate processes, this is what Saturn allows advice firms to do. With integrations to different parts of an advice firm's tech stack, Saturn ensures data is up to date across all systems, enabling the advisor to focus on the relationship. Using AI, Saturn takes meeting notes, then converts this unstructured data into structured information that can be used by the firm across all processes.

IMPORTANT NOTE - This integration is not currently available for people on multi-tenanted sites. If you are unsure if this applies to you, speak to your local site administrator.

Setup instructions

Integrations are a connecting doorway between two systems and you will need to enable these from both the Iress Xplan and the Third Party integrator side before they can be used.

During the pilot phase this integration cannot be self enabled and may require activities that need to be coordinated between Iress and the Third Party.  Please contact your Iress Account Manager who will be able to raise the necessary request to progress this on your behalf.
