Integration overview

We are pleased to share the news that a new third party integration is soon to be available for Xplan users. 

This is a standard integration which means that it was built by the third party to connect to your Xplan site via the standard integration template.  Iress does not charge for this service and it can be enabled by your own site administrator using the Iress Open setting within your Xplan site.

One Click Verify is an ID Verification platform which can digitally verify a clients identification document with the relevant government authority, perform facial recognition and check a client against a global database of over approximately 360,000 PEPs and Sanction automating the digital onboarding and maintenance of client verification.

One Click Verify is 100% Australian owned with all development carried out from their Head Office in Western Australia making sure they meet the strictest of Australian Regulatory and Government standards.

One Click Verify comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (cth) and all data is encrypted and will never be made available to third party unless instructed by law always maintaining your client’s privacy.
With cybersecurity and identity crime costing Australia more than A$1.6 billion per annum One Click Verify enables existing clients, new clients and prospects to be verified with their tax file number, passport or drivers’ licence and access to a camera device for facial recognition all within a few minutes.

One Click Verify is a quick and simple verification tool that helps practices onboard and maintain client’s identity to meet there KYC / AML compliance.

Once the system is enabled in Xplan, practices can simply invite clients to be digitally verified using One Click Verify proprietary technology that uses several factors to verify a client, full name as known by Government records, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, tax file number, drivers’ licence or passport and likeness via biometrics, whilst performing global PEP and Sanction check.

Renewal is automatic every three years so you will never have to remember to update ID again.

 

Setup instructions

Integrations are a connecting doorway between two systems and you will need to enable these from both the Iress Xplan and the Third Party integrator side before they can be used.

In Xplan: 

This integration follows the Standard Integration pattern:

  • If you manage your own site: You can enable the integration yourself using this guide. Note that this must be undertaken by your site administrator.   
  • If you are part of a network or dealer group: Please refer to your organisation’s support team who will undertake this on your behalf.
  • If you outsource your site administration to Iress:  This integration may already have been enabled. Please contact your Iress Account Manager who will be able to confirm or raise the necessary request to progress this on your behalf.
