Important information: Changes to Xplan Zoom Integration

Changes to the ongoing availability of this integration within Xplan

As a result of low usage, upcoming Zoom API changes and our future focus on what we believe are key wealth management initiatives, we have made the difficult decision to remove the Xplan Zoom Video meeting integration.

From 15 May 2022, you may no longer be able authenticate, create or join Zoom video meetings within Xplan.  The remaining work to remove the integration from the Xplan interface will occur in the later part of May. 

Update: as of 24 May the Xplan Integration has now been removed from Zooms marketplace.  We will be removing the feature in Xplan in the near future. 

What do you need to do?

Once the integration is removed, you will no longer be able to create, schedule or join video meetings from within Xplan. You still have access to your Zoom account and their powerful video meeting features outside of Xplan and this can easily be used to create, join and also schedule meetings with your clients.

We encourage you to use this time to review any processes and start the transition. Your account manager is happy to assist you in this area.
