EID&V Process in XPLAN
1. Enter a client and navigate to EID&V
- New Check
- Re-use Check (Running the check again)
- Select Individual or Couple
- Select Generate
2. Confirmation Report Returned
3. Expand the response to see the retuned data from GBG
4. Select to view the overall response report (PDF)
5. The Profile ID can be used to perform a search in GBG under reports to allow the user to view the check dashboard:
6. Highlight and select the check you want to view:
7. The Check dashboard will have further detail regarding the check performed
