Integration overview

We are pleased to share the news that a new third party integration is now available for Xplan users. 

This is a standard integration which means that it was built by the third party to connect to your Xplan site via the standard integration template.  Iress does not charge for this service and it can be enabled by your own site administrator using the Iress Open setting within your Xplan site.

Integration summary

Flexibox enables your clients to review and complete their fact find information via their own personal online space.  Our fact finds are tailored to your existing practice paper-based document, digitising your practices client discovery process.

Purplebox Software was created out of the desire to digitise the client engagement process, automate lead generation and pipeline reporting, empower advisers to deliver high impact visual advice presentations and capture estate planning family tree conversations with clients.  It was this passion that drove us to create a suite of tools to enable advisers to digitally engage their clients and promote ongoing financial education.

Flexibox - the latest product to be launched by Purplebox, enables advisers and practices to gather fact find information from their clients via a 24/7 digital online space.  Today - many advisers find they are unable to replace their existing paper-based fact find due to the compliance rules set by their licensee.  Flexibox solves this issue by delivering a flexible and customisable solution, able to digitise any licensee mandated fact find document.

The result is the ability for the adviser to collaborate with their client in real-time ensuring personal and financial data is valid and correct. The signed and completed digital fact find - can be sent into XPLAN and automatically indexed under client notes. Fact find data can be synced (both ways) via IRESS OPEN into the XPLAN database and back to Flexibox, closing the loop on client discovery, compliance, and production of advice.

Setup instructions

Integrations are a connecting doorway between two systems and you will need to enable these from both the Iress Xplan and the Third Party integrator side before they can be used.

In Xplan: 

This integration follows the Standard Integration pattern:

• If you manage your own site: You can enable the integration yourself using this guide. Note that this must be undertaken by your site administrator.   
• If you are part of a network or dealer group: Please refer to your organisation’s support team who will undertake this on your behalf.
• If you outsource your site administration to Iress:  This integration has not yet been enabled. Please contact your Iress Account Manager who will be able to raise the necessary request to progress this on your behalf. Terms and conditions are included in your managed service agreement.
