Following feedback from our Docusign users and our own investigations, we have updated the Docusign integration.
In this mini release we have resolved the issue whereby a users 'reminder' settings were not being honoured for documents sent from Xplan into Docusign. You could only apply settings at the envelope level (Advanced Options) if you had the rights.
This has now been addressed. If you wish to set your own reminders you can do so within your own accounts at Docusign.
Log into the Docusign site as your admin account and go to ‘Reminders and Expiration’ :
Make the changes required and click Save.
Note : the ‘Allow senders to override account defaults’ will allow users to change these defaults at the envelope level (advanced options) prior to sending.
