This is a standard integration which means that it was built by the third party to connect to your Xplan site via the standard integration template.  Iress do not charge for this service and it can be enabled by your own site administrator using the Iress Open setting within your Xplan site.

AVANSER is a fully hosted, PCI compliant and secure platform, with a REST API for third party integrations. We do not rely on third party technology and are able to build custom solutions based on client needs.

AVANSER provides many solutions to enhance and optimise business processes and performance. The technology powering these solutions is entirely self-built and owned, therefore allowing us to provide a carrier-grade premium service. One such technology is AVANSER SIP - a proprietary solution. This delivers phone calls directly through our system via the internet, improving call quality and providing greater cost-effectiveness. AVANSER SIP solutions are easily installed on existing IP/VOIP phone systems and in most cases without the need for additional hardware (AVANSER can supply hardware if needed). SIP also works with current desk phone, Mobile or PC devices without any additional charges. Additionally, when used in conjunction with AVANSER’s Scribe Transcription service, clearer and more defined speech recognition is gained which translates to accurate Transcription results and quality call recordings.

Live Transcription offers speech to text conversion in seconds and can be applied to telephone calls, conferencing and also face to face. AVANSER does this through an advanced AI which analyses the call recordings and converts the audio into two text channels; one each for the caller and receiver. This automates the process of manual file notes and minimises the risk of data entry errors, as well as significantly reducing the time and cost overhead on staff. When combined with the AVANSER Word Cloud which highlights frequently spoken words, great insight is garnered into client sentiment, aiding critical business decisions.

 

Setup instructions

Integrations are a connecting doorway between two systems and you will need to enable these from both Iress Xplan and the Third Party integrator side before they can be used.

In Xplan: 

This integration follows the Standard Integration pattern:

  • If you manage your own site: You can enable the integration yourself using this guide. Note that this must be undertaken by your site administrator.   
  • If you are part of a network or dealer group: Please refer to your organisation’s support team who will undertake this on your behalf.
  • If you outsource your site administration to Iress:  This integration has not been enabled for use on outsourced sites. Please contact your Iress Account Manager for assistance.
