Moving the "Platform Provider Old" field

This is to let you know that we will be relocating the ‘Platform provider old’ field from the date shown above.

We know that you don't use this field a lot, but some of you have data recorded here for some clients, in the Assets and / or Retirement funds area. Here's the field we mean: -

We want to make sure Xplan screens don't contain unnecessary fields, so we've decided to relocate this field to the ‘Others’ tab within the Assets, Pensions and retirement area. The screens below show the new position of the field.

We strongly recommend that you take the time to clear this data out of your client records - either by deleting it if it's no longer needed or by capturing the information in a more suitable field.

To record the platform provider, you can use the drop down box of ‘Platform Provider’ on the top panel which will ensure consistency across your client records.

For any other policy related information, this data can be stored against the ‘Description’ or ‘Comments’ box found on the top panel or the Comments tab respectively, please see below.
