Xmerge templates tidy up

The Essentials team are currently in the process of tidying up the Xmerge categories and templates by removing any redundant versions in the following Essentials UK sites:

• xplancentral
• xplancentral1
• xplancentral2
• threesixty

We aim to store all live templates, generated via wizards (fact find, valuation reports etc), in the 'Iress Templates' folder and as a result of recent site alignment work we have a few legacy folders and templates.

Some examples are:

• IRESS – Factfinds 
• IRESS – Financial Review
• IRESS - Protection Policy Schedule
• IRESS – Valuation Report
• IRESS-Factfind
• IRESS-Factfinds
• IRESS-Letter Library
• IRESS-Standard Letters
• zzz prefixed folders

Our analytics show that these old templates are no longer generated via Xmerge so we will be deleting them over the next few days.  We shall, of course, retain copies just in case they are required in the future.

We will only delete templates uploaded by Iress, usually indicated by the user 'Publishr'.  If you have uploaded your firm’s templates into any of the folders prefixed with 'Iress' or 'IRESS' they will remain, however, we would advise that you move them into a category that is only visible to your firm.  Any category with the 'Iress' prefix is public and accessible to all users on the site.
