Overview  

The Essentials team will be releasing 2 Portfolio Report templates to support you when generating a portfolio report via Xmerge:

• Portfolio Report template - PORTRAIT
• Portfolio Report  template - LANDSCAPE

The above templates will be added to the following managed sites in the UK region (please check the URL of your Xplan site in your browser if you are unsure whether this applies to you):

• xplancentral2
• xplancentral3 
• threesixty

Feature

The Portfolio Report templates will provide a simple and efficient way to generate portfolio reports in line with your firm’s corporate branding. 

The templates include a cover page and have been coded to match your firm’s corporate branding as saved in Xplan Smart Styling.  You simply edit the template and insert the syntax for your required portfolio report.

The templates include options for the following:

Cover page

Logo on first page

Title of document

Report for client only, partner only or joint names
