Overview

The Essentials team are releasing a new invoice template on the following Essentials sites in the UK region:

• Xplancentral
• Xplancentral1
• Xplancentral2
• Threesixty

This invoice template already exists on the Xplancentral3 site.

 Please check the URL of your Xplan site in your browser if you are unsure whether this applies to you.

Key Features

The new invoice template introduces the following: 

• A single invoice template located in the Iress Templates folder
• VAT Number is conditioned to only display if your firm has a VAT number stored in Xplan
• Text is Smart Styled to match your firm’s branding as recorded in Xplan:
• font style, size and colour
• Company logo (as set in the Letter Generator settings) 
• Company footer (as set in the Letter Generator settings) 
• Styling is based on the client advisor’s primary user group
• Ability to include your payment details (Bank and Account Details) 
• Client address positioned on top left of invoice
• Date format retained - when reprinting an existing invoice (eg.invoice dated 1st December 2023) the original date will be displayed.

• Logo, footer and payment details included.
• Text in Comments to be formatted independently in the rich text editor field

Smart Style Settings

If you would like Iress to amend the smart style settings please notify us via the Iress Connect portal link using the Essentials Site Services tile and select Invoice template options.
