Xplan Essentials (UK) - Increase to Xplan User inactive session time

Overview
In response to client feedback, the Essentials team are making a change to the Xplan user inactive session timeout.
Previously, if a user was inactive on the Xplan for 30 mins, Xplan would terminate the session and the user would be logged out. We’re now increasing this inactive duration to 60 mins.
The changes will be made to the following Essentials sites in the UK region (please check the URL of your Xplan site in your browser if you are unsure whether this applies to you):
- XplanCentral
- XplanCentral1
- XplanCentral2
- XplanCentral3
- ThreeSixty
What do I need to do?
There is no action required, the change will be available to all users from 19 Jan 2024 however we remind firms that they should take reasonable measures to ensure their data is secured by locking PCs or laptops when away from the desk or logging out from Xplan when not using for a long period of time.
