The Xplan Product team are adding a new page, Identity Check, to the all managed sites in the UK region (please check the URL of your Xplan site in your browser if you are unsure whether this applies to you):

• Xplancentral2
• Xplancentral3
• ThreeSixty

Feature

The new Identity Check functionality is available in two locations:

(a) Advice Process area of the Client Menu - editable version

(b) Compliance area of the client menu - view only version

Advice Process

The editable version of new Identity Check page has been added to the Advice Process menu:

This page contains the following:

• a link to HMRC Sanctions
• a field to record if the Sanctions register was checked (blank, yes or no options)
• a field to record the date checked

The above 2 fields are editable on this page only. 

Client and partner details are independently updated.

Compliance

The view only version of the Sanctions Checked and Date Checked fields is available in the Compliance menu:
