Does the change benefit me?

The Task Hub will be enabled within the following Essentials sites in the UK region (please check the URL of your Xplan site in your browser if you are unsure whether this applies to you):  

• XplanCentral
• XplanCentral1
• XplanCentral2
• XplanCentral3
• ThreeSixty

 

Overview

The Iress Labs team has introduced a Tasks Hub which makes managing your clients and operational processes more efficient and intuitive.   The Hub is very visual, making it easy to keep on top of what tasks you and your team have to complete each day.

The Tasks Hub will be made available to all Xplan clients towards the end of the year, but as managed clients, we wanted to open this area up to you as soon as we could.

The tasks which are displayed within the Tasks Hub are the same tasks you have access to today, so you don’t have to worry about recreating anything you’ve already got.

When enabled, the Tasks Hub will be accessible from a new icon on the left hand menu:

What action do I need to take?

There is nothing for you to do, the Tasks Hub will be enabled for you during Thursday 25 May 2023.  If you check on the day and don't see the change, please try again later as we're enabling it firm by firm (as it's still early access!).
