Update: Temporary network issues (30 October 2019)

Yesterday we advised that some users had experienced issues with accessing our services in the afternoon of Wednesday 30 October 2019. You can find a copy of the communication here.  

By early Wednesday evening normal services had been restored. 

We have monitored services overnight and will continue to monitor throughout today. 

We apologise for any inconvenience.
