Overview
The Essentials team will be releasing a new improved Letter Generator wizard to the following managed sites in the UK region (please check the URL of your Xplan site in your browser if you are unsure whether this applies to you):

Features
Letter Generator - Scenario Wizard
The Letter Generator wizard will change to a scenario wizard allowing:
- multiple users to work on a single letter
- multiple letters to be worked on simultaneously
- provide a visual audit trail of letter communication
- locking functions on a scenario
Letter Generator - Wizard Enhancements
For users on the following sites, the Letter Generator has been further enhanced:
- Xplancentral
- Xplancentral1
- Xplancentral2
- ThreeSixty
Fields in the header, footer and signature settings have been removed from the wizard and are now set at firm level, reducing the number of questions a user has to answer on each letter and creating consistent outputs in line with your firm's chosen format.
The following fields are set once at firm level:
Heading Section
Do you want to include your logo?*
Logo Alignment
Do you want your address to appear?
Signature Settings
Do you want to include a signature image?
Do you want to include qualifications?
Do you want to display the senders job title at the bottom of the signature?
Do you want to display the senders contact details at the bottom of the signature?
Do you want to display the company name at the bottom of the signature ?
Footer
Do you want to display an image in the footer?*
* Logo & footer appear on 1st page only
