Thank you for being a member of our Iress Community. We love seeing the interactions and have great plans this year to improve how our community operates and the content you can access within it. 

To start us off, we have some database maintenance for the Iress Community to complete, which has been scheduled for Wednesday, 11 January 2023. As this involves the databases, the platform may be down for a maximum duration of four hours, however, we do not anticipate this taking longer than one hour.

Date and time:

• Australia (AEDT): Wednesday, 11 January between 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Canada: Tuesday, 10 January between 4:00pm - 8:00pm
• New Zealand: Wednesday, 11 January between 10:00am - 2:00pm
• Singapore: Wednesday, 11 January between 5:00am - 9:00am
• South Africa: Tuesday, 10 January 11:00pm - Wednesday, 11 January 3:00am
• UK: Tuesday, 10 January 9:00pm - Wednesday, 11 January 1:00am

Impact:

• The Iress Community will be offline and inaccessible until the necessary maintenance work is completed
• There will be no data loss
• Due to the nature of this maintenance, no specific maintenance pages will be displayed during downtime

Duration:

• Up to 1 hour
• The maintenance will occur within the standard 4-hour maintenance window during your region’s date and time listed above
