Introducing our Trigold users to the Iress Community
With the Iress Community now firmly established we have retired the old Mortgage Support website.
You can now access help and advice about your Trigold software directly via our Iress Community, an online community of clients, users and Iress experts.
What do I need to do?
You need to register to use the Community. Once you have registered, you’ll have access to:
- searchable help guides
- release notes
- best practice articles
- real-time service updates
Trigold users can register following these quick steps:
- Login to Trigold
- Click on Help
- Click on Support Centre
- Click the Register link at the top of the page.
- Complete your details to register for an Iress Community username login. Your username is a combination of your first name and last name. This is also your screen name in the Community. It appears whenever you post messages, to give the rest of the Community transparency of who they are communicating with.
- You will receive an email with your username, and a link to verify your email address. Click on the link to verify your email and set a password.
- Once you're in the Community complete the mandatory details to start using it.
You need to have cookies enabled in your browser to register and sign in to the Community. After you've registered and confirmed your registration, you can sign in and start participating.
