Purpose of this email template

Iress Community is being rolled out for all Xplan Mortgage Users in version 20.4 and later starting in April 2020

This email template is for employers to notify their Xplan Mortgage users regarding the Iress Community becoming available on once your site is upgraded to a version 20.4 or later. Once your site is upgraded your users can register to use the Iress Community.

 

For your convenience, we have drafted a message below that you can use to communicate the change to your users.

I’m pleased to let you know that once we upgrade to Xplan Mortgage version [insert version] on [date], you’ll be able to access help and advice about our Xplan Mortgage software directly via the Iress Community, an online community of clients, users and Iress experts.

What do I need to do?

At the moment, you don’t need to do anything. Once we upgrade our Xplan Mortgage site you will receive a popup message in your software with instructions on how to register to use the Community. Once you have registered, you’ll have access to:

• software experts and other Xplan Mortgage users through 'Ask the Community'
• searchable help guides
• release notes
• best practice articles
• real-time service updates
