Chances are, you’ll need to stay in touch with your clients more frequently than before as the coronavirus situation unfolds. Here, we show you how Xplan can make that easier using the email and campaign functionality. 

 

How Xplan can help you better communicate with clients:

 

  • Email clients directly and securely from Xplan - you can do it individually, or in bulk
  • Use the email templates to help produce consistent and regular communications from your team
  • Keep your records up to date by saving emails into Xplan using the Outlook Plugin
  • Use Advanced Search to group your clients for easy bulk communications
  • Use Campaigns to send and track your bulk email communications or if you are making phone calls, list and track the phone campaign
