IFA Dataflow Valuations Now Released for RL360 on IressNet

The IressNet team is pleased to announce that we have extended our partnership with IFA Dataflow to include Valuation data in addition to the eRevenue statements.

Currently, they provide a translation service to obtain data in various formats and transpose it into a standardised dataset into IressNet.

This benefits our users by allowing a more comprehensive range of data to be used within Xplan and CommPay, where datafeeds are unavailable for those providers.

Once the data is received and transposed by IFA Dataflow, they upload it centrally to Iress, which is then automatically processed into Xplan and CommPay as required.

This is not available to any other systems they support and is currently exclusive to Iress users.

Users wishing to obtain this service must subscribe to IFA Dataflow to access these options.

The first provider to be released using this new valuation service is RL360, which allows users to upload a valuation CSV file from RL360 to IFA Dataflow for all active accounts. Full details are available on the Community Platform Summary for RL360.

What do you need to do to receive the RL360 Datafeed?

Register for the Datafeed

To register for the RL360 valuations file, contact csc@rl360.com to request the CSV valuation files.

Add the Adviser Mapping

To set up access within Xplan, please enter the 6 or 7 digit Firm FCA number as your Adviser ID.

• Create a new Adviser Mapping for RL360 within Admin > Integration > System Datafeeds > Mappings > Advisers.
• Select Add Mapping, choose RL360  and enter the FCA number as the Adviser ID .

This feed has an additional level of security in place, which you will need to request from Iress to enable your access.

• Once you have set up the Adviser Mapping, if you have already set up an FCA number for another Provider under your username and had it validated, then your Adviser Mapping will automatically be validated once you enter it.
• If this is the first FCA number adviser mapping you've entered, you will need to contact Iress Support by raising a request on Iress Connect so that they can validate it before you receive any data.

Send the data to IFA Dataflow
After the setup, once the file is received from RL360, it must be uploaded into the IFA Dataflow portal. See further details here.
