Automatic Validation for FCA Number Mappings

Vendors using the FCA number as the Adviser code will be automatically validated, simplifying the datafeed setup process.

If a user has already added their FCA number and it's been validated previously, any subsequent adviser mappings for that user's FCA number will be automatically validated.

This must be uniquely entered across all Xplan users and be mapped to the same Xplan user to be automatically approved.

This will help reduce the steps needed to enable datafeeds and result in fewer Support tickets during setup.
