Iress Community Manager

Our global moderation team are online every business day moderating the community. We do this to ensure that all Iress Community members can access our software information in a safe, productive and engaging environment.

Our Xplan support teams in Australia, United Kingdom and South Africa are online during business hours to:

  • Respond to questions in the Ask the Community forum, or act as your concierge to get the right expert to answer
  • Check that all questions and comments comply with the participation rules and moderation guidelines detailed in our community guidelines
  • Review any posts that have been flagged by the system or community members for review
