IOOF is transferring its WealthBuilder investment bond business to Australian Unity. During this transition, you may notice temporary gaps in the IOOF and Australian Unity portal visibility and datafeed availability.
Australian Unity advised that policies should begin appearing on their adviser portal in due course, but there is no confirmed timeframe. Please contact your Australian Unity BDM for updates.

What you may see during the transition
- WealthBuilder accounts no longer visible in the IOOF adviser portal
- Policies showing as redeemed in the IOOF WealthSolver (TAS) datafeed
- No matching Australian Unity accounts yet
️ Workaround
- Remove the redemption trades in the IOOF WealthSolver account so the balance stays visible in XPLAN rather than dropping to zero
- Add the trades manually until the Australian Unity datafeed is active
