Enabling the Datafeed -
There will be no data downloaded from Australian Retirement Trust datafeed if credentials are incorrect or adviser has used a different Platform Username from what is registered at provider's end.
Below are the steps are required to reset the credentials or enabling the datafeed -
- Log into the Australian Retirement Trust Adviser Online Portal and navigate to the “Enabling of a data feed” form via the button labelled “Data feed” in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Please note the adviser code (Provided by Australian Retirement Trust) mentioned on the screen.
3. Your username in the Advice Software
- Enter the Xplan username for the adviser for which this registration is being performed.
Note - This is user id for the adviser and can be located when you navigate to User-> Key details → Access → Userid
4. Password: Enter a password (of your choosing) and Submit
5. Update the details against the adviser mapping in XPlan
- Using the details that you entered & obtained above, enter these into Xplan (adviser mapping) and save the details.
The datafeed should be enabled within 24 hours after submitting the “Enabling of a data feed” form and updating XPlan.
