Vanguard has launched a new Xplan data feed via the Adviser Portal, replacing the current FNZ feed. Advisers must transition to the new feed to keep client data flowing.
Please follow the registration steps below to maintain data access for your clients.

15 October 2025 - FNZ feed is switched off
Mid-October - Migration in Xplan
Around 20 October 2025 - New feed registrations open
Data Source: Now supplied directly by Vanguard (not FNZ)
Coverage Expanded: Includes Vanguard Super (SaveSmart, TransitionSmart, SpendSmart) plus Vanguard Personal Investor.
Identifiers Updated: Client, Holding and Transaction IDs will change. Iress will migrate them for you
Data Refresh: Vanguard will refresh transactions. Old FNZ transactions will be flagged as deleted.
Recommendation! Accept the deletion and use the refreshed feed

1. Activate the Vanguard feed in XPLANAdmin⇒system datafeeds⇒ Vanguard “enabled”
2. Adviser registration
Each adviser now requires password/token. Each client must also give consent. ***No consent = no feed***

Login into Adviser Portal https://www3.vanguard.com.au/adviserportal/welcome
Navigate to Settings⇒Datafeeds⇒Enable
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
Token/Password will be displayed

Enter your Adviser ID and password (token) into Xplan, via the Adviser Mapping
Once your adviser code has been mapped, it may take up to 2 business days for the data to be received. For the existing advisers this will take up to 7 days due to migration activities
3. Client Consent
Your clients must provide consent for each account (or all accounts) to appear in XPLAN. If an account is missing in XPLAN please ensure this step is done by the client.

Using the PDF consent form (to be provided)
