Duplicate policies displayed in Xplan
Australian Retirement Trust generates a new policy ID for each iteration of a policy. Where a member changes their premium on a policy, a new identifier is generated and supplied in the datafeed.

Common Issues
There are multiple open issues with Australian Retirement Trust currently resulting in reconciliation errors in XPLAN.
The reference number for this investigation is INPR-1851
1. Data availability issue
Australian Retirement Trust only provide partial historical transactions. As a result, refresh files downloaded do not contain full history.
Impact: Causes reconciliation errors in XPLAN.
This is currently under investigation by Iress and ART under INPR-1916
2. Incorrect Holding Balance
Trades are flagged as deleted in the data downloaded from Australian Retirement Trust. However, the holding balance provided by the provider does not omit trades flagged as deleted.
Impact: Incorrect holding balance for multiple accounts.

3. No transactions are provided in the refresh files
There are multiple accounts wherein no transactions are provided in the refresh files by the provider.
This is currently under investigation by Iress and ART under INPR-1959

4. Missing Data
This issue has been encountered whilst downloading data from Australian Retirement Trust. This is causing refresh failures, leading to missing data at XPLAN sites.
This is currently under investigation by Iress and ART under INPR-1944
Status - 12/02/2026 - Resolved
Australian Retirement Trust has confirmed that issue is now resolved. We are now successfully downloading the data for the advisers.

Australian Retirement Trust are currently testing the fix and expecting to rollout to production on 11th Feb 2026.
Status - 12/01/2026
Australian Retirement Trust deployed the fix in production. Unfortunately, the issue is not resolved. They are investigating the issue on priority.

Status - 18/12/2025
Australian Retirement Trust updated that the fix is not yet deployed in production. They are in the process of finalizing this with their release team. We will update the document once we have a date from them.
