E-mail - Clicking A Client's Email Address To Open in Outlook?

Is it possible to configure XPLAN so that clicking on a client's email address opens a new email in Outlook, instead of using the email tool within XPLAN?

Hi @gareth.edwards 

There isn't a way to configure Xplan like this unfortunately, when you select a clients emails address, it will direct you to the email area of Xplan to send via that route.

We do have an outlook plugin where emails sent directly via Outlook can be automatically saved into Xplan, information about that can be found here
