TAL Known Issues
There are multiple known issues with TAL resulting into missing policies, incorrect policy owners , incorrect status , missing policy cover and incorrect TPD cover for the policies.
TAL is currently investigating all issues under reference number INC2027753.

1. Missing policy issue
TAL is currently unable to provide missing policies and is actively working on a resolution. There is no eta available.
Impact: Missing policies in XPLAN.
This is currently under investigation by TAL - INPR-2218

2. Incorrect policy owner
Some policies are being provisioned with incorrect policy owners. TAL is actively working on a resolution. There is no eta available.
Impact: Some policies in Xplan reflect incorrect policy owners.

3. Incorrect Policies Status
Some policies in XPLAN may appears as lapsed even though their actual status is "In-force".

4. Missing Cover Details
Some policies in XPLAN may report missing covers.

5. Incorrect Cover Details
There are few policies in XPLAN wherein TPD cover value is not correct.

6. Drop in daily files
We have been receiving fewer daily files from TAL. They are currently investigating the issue.
